Products and Orders

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Limitation of Liability

EcoHeat Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or products.
